VANCOUVER MURAL FEST x SAPPORO BEER
Sponsored by Sapporo Beer in collaboration with the annual Vancouver Mural Festival. Driven by the brand’s concept of “East Meets West” this mural is a collaborative effort between Rachel Wada and Jason McCrae. The artwork features a goddess-like figure surrounded by lush florals executed by Jason, with embellishments of splashing waves and whimsical hands executed by Rachel. The hope was for this mural to also breathe new life into the Granville Street district, known historically as the nightlight scene of Downtown Vancouver where this mural resides. 2022.
